At the beginning of the year, TOPTEC became involved in a new project titled PILOT for UAV – Polarisation IR Observation Instrument for UAV, registration number CZ.01.01.01/01/24_063/0006843.

At the beginning of the year, TOPTEC became involved in a new project entitled Development of Laser Processing of Materials for High-Performance Electric Vehicle Batteries, project number TQ26000145.

TOPTEC is involved in a new project titled AMON: Industrial Application of Micro- and Nanostructured Surfaces with Antimicrobial, Mechanical, and Optical Properties, registration number CZ.01.01.01/01/24_063/0006935.

As of July 1, 2025, we have launched a five-year research project titled COINED – Control over Interfaces in Metal Oxide Optical Coatings: the Missing Piece of the Puzzle (Project No. 101171288), funded by the European Research Council (ERC).

Jiří Junek has been awarded 2nd place in the Werner von Siemens competition for his PhD thesis, conducted at the TOPTEC Optoelectronics Centre in Turnov.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the project “Intelligent System for Online Yarn Quality Control” under registration number FW12010339, funded through the TREND programme of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.

In January, the project "Understanding optical coating on micro- and macro-scale via metal-layer-amplified secondharmonic generation" under registration number 25-17822S was launched.
