Financial Support for a New TA CR Project

We are pleased to announce the launch of the project “Intelligent System for Online Yarn Quality Control” under registration number FW12010339, funded through the TREND programme of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.

The aim of the project is to enhance the international competitiveness of Rieter's textile machinery in the field of plant automation and real-time yarn quality inspection, using a multidisciplinary approach that combines modern numerical simulations with advanced digital signal and image data analysis.

The project involves the development and integration of online quality control systems for input materials and ring-spun yarns into production lines and supervisory systems for process management and data acquisition in spinning mills. The result will be optimized yarn production with improved productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Our partners in this project are Rieter CZ s.r.o., VÚTS, a.s., and the Technical University of Liberec.
